Hi please check with your courier service and ask for date in which your document has reached WES. once you are sure that your documents have reached WES. then contact WES with date, so that they can trace your documents

Unfortunately no there is no seal. Just plain signature of the officer. Apparently this is how the document was given to us.

Lol I meant registrar's seal mentioning his name and designation is missing.

My birth certificate is signed by the authority but not sealed... will it create a problem?
