What the CIO does is mainly review of documents sent, but the major selection is done by the VO after verifications of all claims of the applicants through varios checks. And if in doubt the applicant is invited for interview. Cheers

Indigo, The only thing I could decipher from it is that the due date is exactly a year from your AOR date, may be by that date all checks and assessments are expected to have been completed.
