Diwali is the most important festival and is celebrated as the festival of lights with great fanfare.
Sweets are specially made at home by the women & Gifts are exchanged and some people even buy gold or ornaments as a token of love for their loved ones.
Youngsters touch the feet of their elders (charansparsh) as a token of respect & in return the elders shower blessings on them.

hi MAY'ians..don't be desperados/desperadas..all will come at the right time.My ecas dont have any updates yet since im done with medicals last sept 14 and submitted my RPRF AND PCC last sept 27. it's quiet yeah that's right.I am also anxious of waiting waht is next and i guess PPR but when will be that happen.,i don't have no idea but in no time maybe next month it will come if God permits. Like OJ and Annjay thay got their visa and next would be horace who had just recently change his ecas to DM. Hopefully i would be the next and all MYians will follow as well.Goodluck to us all. I am in india to celebrate Dewali. Yesterday i got a letter from the consulate that assessment has been completed on my application and visa officer has doubts on my employment. He thinks that my employment reference letter is not genuine. The visa officer has given me 30 days to clear up the doubts. My previous employer told me that he received no verification call. Any helpful suggestions guys ????.

Harry this is serious, I will suggest you consult with someone like lawyer or something, try the site owners for consultation. Anyways any reason for the VO to think that way?
