It seems like January applicants should receive their ppr's within next 3 months. I have noticed that currently cic is issuing ppr's to applicants who applied last Oct.

add at least another 5 months from your medical received date before you hear about PPR.

Your COPR should be in the post now and you should receive it in 4 to 5 business days.

You need to ask your doctor to confirm which date he/she sent the results to cic. Sometimes the delay can be caused by postal services too if the results were not sent electronically to cic.

What is your application status on ECAS now?

Firstly congratulations on getting your PR, I would recommend to get your PR card and complete your survey with AINP before leaving the job. but saying that there is nothing stopping you to search for another job. All the best.

Since you are from a visa exempt country, you should get an confirmation of PR by snail mail. it can take up to a month from the date of decision made before they post it to you. Pls if you don't mind me asking, What is your timeline and under which category you applied?

There is nothing stopping you to move out of province if you have a valid reason and provided you can prove it when asked by the officials.
