Hey, I read in your posts that you also applied/applying for student visa to England. I just want to share for Canada FSW you need to have IELTS GENERAL, not ACADEMIC which is for the study visa's. I hope you must applied with the right one. Cheers!

Dude, Job Responsibilities are must in the reference letter, and that should be align with your NOC duties. For salary you can still show them your appraisal/promotion letters or salary slips.
