applied on Nov 30, got medical letter and passed on Dec. 16, still waiting...

No, they reject people if their eligibility is not satisfied, no medical require.

What I heard is if non sds, no upfront medical, when ircc ask you to medical, that means eligibility is passed. if medical is pass will get the visa. But it is just a saying, no official confirm.
