Hey all,

I am 37, never married... Without a job since late 2019 but actively freelancing.. I have a study of 14 years.
I am gonna apply to Humber, Sheridan and Winnipeg.
Awaiting experience letters from previous companies before applying.
Just feeling nervous. I know my chances are very low but I want to give my 100% , so I don't regret in future... My IELTS score was 8. I am applying through an agent.
Any tips and advice is welcome...

I'm your age, single too, without IELTS score, I have BA degree but apply for a college diploma, I applied by myself, first reject but second time from notes already passed, waiting for OPR. Chance like us is not low but SOP is very important. Never lose faith. I see many cases in this forum passed in their third or fourth time. Good luck.

Oh that's cool. I am so happy for you. Did you apply second time for the same term? You applied in college, right? Do you mind sending me your SOP? Thanks

Yes, i applied for college while I am having my bachelor degree after 15 years. I applied immediately when I get refused notes, same term same college same major. SOP is what exactly describe your current job, major and what major you expect to study, why it can bring benefit to you in future job. It is very personally based on your own situation, there isn't a common template. I just follow this roadmap.

But it will provide a general idea that how can we represent our application in front of VO

Of course I understand. Did you pay application fee once again? Why same college, same term, same course? What gave you that confidence?

Thanks . I understand about SOP. So happy for you

Sure, each application should be paid. I personally think, if someone change course and college once after rejection, VO may think the real purpose is to entry Canada, so they will try every possible way, include change school and course. I don't change it, just show my determination to VO that I have chosen the best school and best course which could benefit me. meanwhile, list the essential that you will go back to your own country is necessary.

Hi.

Even I'm of the same age group. Completed by Bachelors degree on 2004 and working from 2004 till now. Also, completed Masters through distant education program from 2004 to 2008. Now I have been working software industry for more than 16 years.

I'm interested to learn information security course and explore prospects, so I decided to apply information security course in University of Victoria. Applied for the admission waiting for the offer letter.

Hi All,

I'm from India, let me know the best option to pay college or university fees. I believe fly wire payment mode has high conversion rate.

So kindly suggested other reliable transfer mode with less conversion rate.

Regards,
Delight.
