I think it should be ok, As, you are currently working in Canada and you have job. Technically, it should be NO, but you have said yes, then you have to supply job offer letter from employer where you are currently working. They know, you are on open work permit.

It was in India in 2012. And, I don't have anything except this letter. And, yes I have to use it for getting score of 455. Otherwise I have to go via PNP, which is bit lengthier.

You must have Canadian experience, try in CEC.

There is also option in Jobbank to Active your profile, It should be in My Profile or something. Moreover, the main thing is it must say in your express entry profile, that its validated. Yes, it takes upto 24 hours.

The thing is this letter is already sent to CIC in 2012, when I applied for my Study permit. Moreover, the company is closed now.
