I am in a similar situation too. I forgot to include 6 same day trips to the US; however, i have enough buffer (over 300 days). I got AOR and i'm planning on informing IRCC about the 6 six same day trips through webform soon.

I answered yes and attached an explanation as to why i am not filling CITT 0177 form. I have already received AOR.

I agree with other members that PR card is not a travel document. I had contacted IRCC to confirm this when i applied for my citizenship.

Mine was also delivered on the 16th. And yes, I also think then that the copies were not clear enough. But just as a precautionary measure, I would still add another piece of ID (preferably with name, DOB, and picture on it) this time. Sorry that the application was returned and good luck to you.

Did you include both sides of the documents? Because for example, the guide specifically states that both front and back of the PR card have to be sent.
