Well, you can't board a plane to come back to Canada with only a PR card and no passport, while the opposite is possible for visa free countries...

If its not here its not a Travel document:

You can't travel outside Canada by only using a PR card which means it is not a travel document. It's only good for entering Canada without the need of showing your passport and to show the flight check-in crew that you are allowed in to Canada.

PR card is 100% not a travel document, but rather a status document. You cannot travel with the PR card alone and you are required to have your passport on you eventhough it often allows you to enter Canada without having to show your passport.

I agree with other members that PR card is not a travel document. I had contacted IRCC to confirm this when i applied for my citizenship.

My suggestion is to include it, it will not rule out your eligibility.

I have not listed my PR details in Q14 . Just mentioend my Passport details. Lets see what will happen .
Does any one did same and got AOR ? please share your experience
