I GOT THE SAME ISSUE. MY REPRESENTATIVE SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION, I DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THE MISSING FAMILY INFO, UNIT THEY ASK FOR IT. DON'T WORRY THEY WILL ASK YOU TO SUBMIT THE DOC.

Hello Pluke, I have kinda similar timeline as you. I'm CEC Inland. My BG never changed yet either. In some cases, BG check and PPR email comes on the same day. I hope we will get the golden email soon. :)
