    Have you applied for PR before the nomination expiry date? PR application should reach CIO before nomination expiry date otherwise they may cancel the nomination. For me its showing PNP Status: Nomination accepted

    If you still not able to open the attachment then try to login GCKey account in IE browser, mostly it will download. Sometimes Chrome will not open some attachment in GCKey. I also got the same issue in one of the attachment but worked in IE

    You need to check whether the vfs in your country is open, then only you will get update
