My background check has been done 4 months ago and after that nothing changed and I dont understand what does the NOT STARTED means . It means they are waiting for responce from other department or they didnt start at all.

Exactly . I passed the test 10 month a go and still in process. it is different from case to case . So there is no way to find out how long does it take . If your test was finall step you should get disicion made the day after test or a few days later . So probably some part of your case it is...

I applied August 2017 and passed the test in February 2018 . I call the call center they told me your both clearance like criminality and security has been done and they are waiting for residency and prohibition. They said ( I am saying they because I call them more than 20 times untill now ...

You are right about the background check. For some of country it is really timing. But this slow process it is not exactly because of that my background check has been done 4 months a go and I talk to them several times they always saying residency and prohibition it is not done. I don't know...

I requested GCMS Note 63 days ago and I didn't get response yet. I send the email and they reply to that me we received your request unfortunately we are bussy right now and we can't follow the 30 days time limit .

We are in the same boat. I passed the test February 12 and still in process. And like you residency and prohibition still in process. Actually base an my GCMS not not started yet .

I checked mine and it shows the deadline is 30 days . I think is different from case to case but I don't know why.

I requested second note 52 days a go and didnt get responce yet .I followed 2 times they replied that they are so busy and they cannot follow the 30 days period time.

I was. They transferred my documents to the Scarborough.

I got 3 totally different from agents on the phone untill I requeste the GCMS note and find out what's going on.

So which section it is not done yet

Your residency and prohibition is done ? Mine background checks has been passed 2 months ago but those to section still in process.
