The medical letter is required when you go to have your medicals done. They copy it and enclose with your medicals which has a number. As such doing it in advance is of no use.

PCC = Police Clearance Certificate, AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt (any stage) MR = Medical Request. Hope this helps.

EP numbers are case numbers assigned to the case so you can check your status online. It is basically a case number.
