you should request for GCMS notes, thts the only way you can figure out exactly whts going on with your application.

Is your payment charged? If so then you should contact CIC asap or hv a look at spread sheet to confirm the NOC cap for your application.

I think you should apply for PCC now if you got your PER, most PCC are valid for 6 months or 1 year so even if you get MR in next few months it should be fine.
