    if you go to the hospital, you will pay a lot. A friend of mine paid $700 for her father's non-urgent visit to see a doctor at the hospital :( but if you go to a regular clinic or a regular doctor it should be around $70 (more or less depending on the province you live in)

    No the time doesn't count. Super Visa is only an option to have parents and grandparents in Canada for a longer time (up to two years) as the sponsorship process takes a long time.

    hello, just a comment on this: the PCC has to be "issued no more than six months before you apply" but is valid for one year, at least that what CPC-Ottawa told me good luck :) I know it is frustrating to wait for official papers to be done
