It’s not necessary to use the latest test result. You can use any IELTS result as long as it is valid.

Hi, The jump from 411 -> 426 was because of the changes introduced last year in sibling points. The jump from 429 -> 487 is because of achieving clb 9+ The rest of the minor increases were because of the changes in my ielts score(less than clb 9)
