Hi to all, I wasn't able to add my application to my account, but I'm able to view it by going through Check my application status. Is it normal that it can't be added on my personal account yet? Thanks

    How to check CSQ status

Hi, I'm applying for my wife for sponsorship. We already submitted our file to CIC on October 2016 and MIDI November 2016. I want to know if there is a way to check our application status for the CSQ. Thanks

Well they didn't ask for it. According to CIC staff on the phone, they don't need it right now, but it doesn't mean that you don't need it in the future. Anyway, I did the fingerprint in Canada and they will produce a police certificate anyway.

Thanks guys for your response! For the police report and marriage certificate, it shouldn't be a problem for her since she has family in HongKong. As you guys say that she can stay in Canada while I applied for OUTLAND sponsorship, how can she stay here if her Visa will be expiring (on...

    Sponsoring spouse in Canada

Thanks a lot CDNPR2014 and cheng9999! I saw that OUTLAND route take a lot less time. However, the thing that bothers me a lot from applying OUTLAND is how my wife will be able to apply for extension to stay in Canada. So, if I do it that way, is it gonna affect her to be able to stay in Canada?
