What reply did you receive CSE is short for Case Specific enquiry I applied online from Islamabad 26th June for fall

well you are now left with the security checks only it can take from a month to a lot of months depends on CSIS pretty sure you'll get your visa end of december

I do know about the student partner program but diplomatic associations like this is only there bcs the Canadian high commissions in india handles visa applications for indians. Tbh India is actually on really good terms with Canada and Pakistan is comparatively not that makes the whole process...

For indians its different the Canadian Embassy in India deals with visas of their citizens. For us its the Abu Dhabi Embassy so its totally different. If our CHC handled visa it would have been faster as the background checks would have been run by themselves but Abu Dhabi Embassy has to hire...

Its not @hussainkestrel is right there is no way rhey can run background checks in the 3 weeks timeframe

Just take your Biometrics request letter to any VAC nearer to you and submit them you don’t need an appointment just walk-in

I think you should submit a Case Specific enquiry it works and then appeal if it doesn’t @Helican please check your inbox with the title deferral request

But this is for express entry and PR visas not for TRV although the process is same but some parts are not for us

Does CIC asks for deferral request if your acceptance letter mentions start date for winter and fall both?

Yeah I did recieve a reply about security checks by outside agencies on October 24th. Nothing since then, medical was upfront so I am sure about nothing

You have to submit biometrics every time you apply its own their website google biometrics cic and you’ll find it somewhere
