Visa Refusal on Wrong basis

Hello Everyone,

I applied for IBM course for September intake my IELTS Band score was 6.5 overall with no less then 6. My visa got rejected and in CAIPS Report they have mention i have lot IELTS band of 5.5 and 5 in writing where my actual IELTS scores in writing is 6. I have gave IELTS only once in which i got 6.5. It is clearly embassy fault to reject visa on wrong ground.

Please help.

You need to appeal as you provided the correct info but they messed up.

I think you should submit a Case Specific enquiry it works and then appeal if it doesn’t @Helican please check your inbox with the title deferral request

From the above text it is quite obvious that the standard of english is not up to the required level. You might have written your sop in similar way, causing the entire application getting rejected. I’d say improve your english prior to making another application.
