I know but we still require [by VFS] an OFFICIAL offer letter while submitting application. They won't accept email. Been there, done that, caused bit of headache!

In my case they didn't. No official offer letter was provided but only an email saying I was accepted. When I asked for offer letter they said I don't need one. I insisted on one because I needed to apply for study permit. Can show you proof:P

Yes from Bangladesh. For us we don't have that requirement. Unless they changed the rule for BD applicants. I didn't even know what GIC is until I joined this forum. So far, none of BD applicants need to do GIC. We have other hurdles though. Goodluck!

they usually don't issue official offer letter unless you request one. Happened to me as well. I had to ask my university a number of times for official offer letter so I can apply for study permit.

Regardless however way it makes up the hours, it is strictly 20 HOURS limit per week. Even if you do 1 hour this week and 39 hours next week, week translates as week only not fortnightly.

They can be still declined if medical went wrong and if they had criminal records. IDP is like British Council. You can also take IELTS with them.

In BD applicants are not asked for medicals if they have already decided to refuse the applicants. You can check with IDP Bangladesh.
