Oh wow! Thanks for the heads up. I actually looked at it earlier and noticed that it didn’t need to be validated and it doesn’t have an electronic signature. I’ll make sure to stick with the 11-2018 form then. Thanks again!

Sounds good. And should we send in the new form or the form that we originally used? (November 2018 or June 2019) and do I need to get my husband to sign it in person first and then get it sent or can he just scan it with his signature?

Guys I need guidance! We submitted our application on May 24th and was received June 3rd. I just realized after reading other people's applications that we checked no for both questions below, completely forgetting that my husband was denied a US tourist visa. IMM 5669 6. d) been refused...

I noticed that you've submitted yours years ago. I was just curious as to what you did for it? I'm in the same boat with my application. Hope to hear from you.

Like I said, we sent in both principal applicant & sponsor's travel details for the past 10 years. It says on the form as well that if ever you need more space, you could always just attach another page or two for the rest of the details that couldn't fit in the original form.

It could also be because their application isn't as complicated as others, so they didn't feel the need to keep coming back to the forum for help, which means they wouldn't remember to update their progress.

Hopefully it's just people not updating the sheet. Lol.

We did both the sponsor and the principal applicant since that’s what the form asked for.

I read from another forum that it’s for nonbiological or adoptive parents. Basically step dad or mom I believe. If it doesn’t apply to you, you can just put N/A
