I believe you applied on 18th dec so you shouldn’t get this request as fingerprint request started after 1st jan 2019 applicants.

call your cellular provider and ask them to add your name to account as well and send you service summary. Do the same thing for your hydro, gas and all other utilities, driver license showing same address, bank account statements showing same address....give as much documents as you can so that...

my case was quite similar quite a while ago....just put all the pictures of all ceremonies, with relatives and mention it in the cover letter reciting the whole story... you will be good :)

Mine is same since May 22nd. Called in yesterday and they say its same still..

call IRCC and tell them your situation..they will surely help.

it can be for the previous documents request... my ecas says the same still since 15th May however they have asked for different documents thrice...last thursday was the last
