it wont change to received as per what I was told by IRCC agent and no conformation email will be sent. You should call them and ask. They will tell you that they received the documents you sent. I was asked to email docs for myself and wife and I did the same and confirmed after a week...

The IRCC guy said to me today that they don't acknowledge or change anything even when they have received the requested documents.

unfortunately they do need child's proof ...so will wait for AIP :/

It seems its been different for everyone... I was asked to send the documents via email which i did 2 days before my deadline too...its been 3 weeks now and no change on ecas...

congratulations... can you please share your timeline? I submitted the requested documents week before last week and that too a day before the deadline, since then haven't heard back anything and on ecas also the last message hasn't been updated yet. (requesting documents)

Same here... for me last date to submit was last thursday and I submitted last wednesday...since then no change on ecas which says additional documents requested.

yeah that's just the what the guy asked me in first place....but I dun have access to GCKEY as I have a representative appointed... Hopefully by end of august we ll be good. :)

This is exactly what I think sometimes. Its even worse for me as I am in two boats... settlement process for the UK and inland PR here. I have to fly back to the UK to extend my visa there before september. I wish we should be given PR by then :/

Yes fingers crossed. The IRCC guy kept pushing that you have to be patient as it will take 12 months. Around what time shall we expect or PR in our hand so that atleast we can fly outside Canada for a short trip?
