yes we did send our passports via DHL to warsaw. got stamped there and then sent back (they just send you an email saying your passports are ready send DHL for pickup) it took couple of weeks 10-15 days tops

not sure about bucharest but usually it takes couple of weeks to stamp the visa. at least thats what happened with me Warsaw office

you can take short rentals via kijii. than when you go there you look directly. it is way better than to take an agency they are a rip off.
