Yes the letter is AOR ( acknolgment of receipt) , it takes anywhere from 1 month to 6 months

My brother travels every month to dubai, the actual limits now are 5000, they dont say that officially. And they check every bag now, they even have dogs trained to smell dollars! !!! I dont know if this is true, but I hear it all the time now from people who has been traveling lately. :(
