Well ottawa visa office is surely dead. Nothing comes out of it. I dont know what to do in a few days i will have to pay my kids school fees, i was hoping to get my ppr before that . Should we mail the immigration minister or something, this is taking forever

No i did not serve in the military. I travelled to a lot of middle Eastern countries for business, maybe that's the reason. Eligibility,medical and criminality passed.
