My case: My self (PR-living in Canada), filling for spousal PR (wife- living outside Canada) to sponsor my wife. How do I have her signature on the few forms as she doesn't live in Canada? As at the end of few forms i have to have her signature as well.

Okay i see...Reason i asked you is because on the bottom o ffirst page there is a table, where it is allowing entry of travel to: "Your Spouse or common-law partner".

In my case, i am filling up form 5562E (Supplementary Travel Information): My wife (Principal Applicant) haven't traveled ever outside of the country of residency ever. but i have visited her few times from Canada. Do i need to fill this form with my Travel information?

One more question: Is it safe enough to put a visitor visa for her? (and once she is here, i can apply for her work permit.) I feel very less chances of her getting a visitor visa as i am being a PR here & married with her. What's your thoughts?
