Was the problem with your Fee Payment Form about that goddamned 0 too? Matching, as far as I know, is completely 50 50. Did you have UCI? Or did you write all the info about your first app on your second package? (for example courier name, tracking #, receiver..)

I did exactly like what I said a few posts ago. Yes I labeled it with red marker writing largely: ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT - UPDATED FEE PAYMENT FORM on both sides. I'm still not sure if they've matched it or not. Thank you anyway and good luck too :)

That seems to be true. Since 10th was Monday and lot's of applicants of Nov 07 have already been charged. It's now updated in spreadsheet too.
