Thank you so much for the response....keeping fingers crossed as I spoke to call center agent and was informed that as I have submitted an affifavit it should be fine.

I have sent DD, when do you think it will be encashed ?

Guys, I got too despaired.

I'm a Nov 07 applicant and Fee Payment Form automatically omitted first 0 of CVV and expiry month of credit card, so I re-sent the additional package with corrected Fee Payment Form.

My friend checked his credit card for me, bank told him there has been no charge. However, they didn't tell him that there has been a try by CIC too. If there was a try, could bank be informed about it?

Now I don't know if either the problem is related to that 0 or my NOC delay. Has this kind of delay with this range of days seen among other NOCs or applicants? Because I know a 2131 applicant from Oct 30 who hasn't charged yet too, but I'm not sure about his application if there is a problem with it or not. All I can do is to wait for this applicant or first 2131 applicant after my submission date. By the way, I don't think NOC 2131 has reached cap!

On filling form through a computer, 0 is automatically omitted. I too have sent an updated fee payment form and 0 was automatically removed. CIO would know this too, since this will be common for all.

The issue with the ''0'' was the same with me but I write it by hand after printing the form and my card has been charged on 6th of Jan.

I did the same.
That was my concern as well. I thought that missing zero would cause issue so printed out blank and filled by hand. As you can see I became charged couple days ago.

Do you have any observations about my bolded text in my last post?
Also, is it possible if my application has been shifted to Nov 19?
In SS, I can see some people especially in NOCs 2131, 2132 and 2133 who had delayed charge times on CC in comparison with other applicants with the same application submission date.

Was the problem with your Fee Payment Form about that goddamned 0 too?
Matching, as far as I know, is completely 50 50.
Did you have UCI? Or did you write all the info about your first app on your second package? (for example courier name, tracking #, receiver..)

my CC is expiring on 05/17 . at typing 05 the zero disappeared and the 5 only there. Will this make any problem or they will guess automatically that this must be the month of expiry not the date of course because CC expiry date is always in month and year . there is no mentioning of any dates. Am I right ??

Oh really? But, yesterday was saturday!! How can it be possible? Is your friend a member of this forum?

This can be a good news too if he/she was on CC as well, as it shows that we can have Nov 07 charges after Nov 10 charges on CCs.

I remember almost 2 months ago, when I was searching about my mistake in this forum, I found a member (can't remember its ID) who had the same problem as you and he could finally be charged after several! tries by CIO. CIO certainly knows that is the month of expiry date of your card, but they may try 5 instead of 05 and your bank may reject that charge.
