My CSE response was that the office has been contacted for further steps and if I don't hear anything by 04/04/2019 I can raise a CSE again

My guess is secondary offices are our LVOs who issue our PPRs

Congratulations!! I have observed ppl who are silent on this forum are the ones getting PPR. Nt noisy ppl like me . So i have decided to become silent until I get my PPR:(
