No its at Sydney. But NDVO will generate ppr mail which I learnt from Khushu@1624 @dishant.dev So if approved and exceeded 6 months I think mailing ndvo is the best option Good luck Micky345 :)

I didn't mail them directly. Used CSE and called agent who mailed on my behalf. I think you can do that once you cross 6 months requesting action on their part. Not sure if it works but that's all we can do other than waiting

He mailed to Sydney requesting action on my file as it crossed six months But no result so far

They dont want us to spam them with mails maybe... PPR mails that they send us, are they do-not-reply type of mails ? Any idea if we can use them to mail them?

No. They didn't send it because its written in gcms notes that request for passport hasn't been sent yet Also when we call agent, they will let us know if any correspondence is done yet

I guess its interpreted by the way agent sees it. If decision is made, agent said the same to you and yet if ppr is not sent, agent said in progress to me

No they said it was in progress But my gcms notes said its approved. But since ppr and copr not yet done, one field application status shows in progress
