It's about money true, but even more then that it's about future of Country. Avg. age in Canada is 56 which way higher. Reproduction rate is slow and people live long life in this country because of free and high standard of medical, big percent of population are retired and living on Gov. money...

You need to submit all the documents and complete the checklist that you will see in your profile after ITA. Once that is done you need to pay the application fees, you will receive AOR after you pay fees. Upon receiving AOR you can apply for BOWP.
