I think you should call them to verify what email address they have for you on file. you don't want to run the risk of not receiving your test invite.

No they don't - they send you the link with the AOR where you can download it. If you want the hard copy, you have to order it (it is free) on CIC's website.

did you receive your AOR by email though? If yes, then I believe it is normal. you will only get an email or letter for test invite or fingerprints from what I have seen on the forum. Maybe others can confirm?

So sorry to hear that! It must be really frustrating !! Maybe you should include a copy of your record entries to the US as well as an explanation letter detailing all of your trips - lots of extra work but it might be worth the effort? Good luck for your new application!

You will not get a letter if you received AOR by email - you have to download the book online or order it online. I ordered - it is free of charge and comes in about a week or 2.

yup, we have no choice...:( In a way, I have some vacation planned in September so I would be rather happy if they send the test invite for taking the test after that. I am not that bothered about the wait but it is always nice to see some progress on our files :)
