also, i am waiting for some extra points for those having canadian siblings (as announced by cic as a future proposal) as i am a canadian PR

very true...my brother on 390 just because of ielts score, also there are high chances of crs coming anywere between 380-400 later this year

giving extra points for canadian sibling is already a future proposal by immigration minister...so i assume when the score are getting down , they can add extra points to those having siblings in canada which will again raise up the CRS for some people. Again this is a mere assumption

another case which might happen is when the scores are getting below 430 they might add the points for the Canadian siblings which again push the up the draws further to 440-450 range. this is just a thought

exaclty, end of this year the score will drop around 420-430 or we never know there might be a program specific draw for fsw
