Yes....you're done with pcc ----- Somewhere I've read that once embassy issued pcc specifying dates...I don't know how far it's true.. You'll need a pcc for the entire period of ur stay in India...so check if your pcc mentions 'any period'... The one we get here from local police stations...

It shouldn't be a problem... ur work exp can be counted from one or more skill types 0,A or B... and CIC clause 11.2 explicitly states that a file can be rejected only if "information has materially changed to the degree that ita wouldn't have been issued in the first place " in ur case since it...

Mr.karnesh has already answered to ur queries. you can apply both PCCs from US once you are there... I suggest u apply for both PCC once you land as you'll be filing eAPR from there and I hope you'll get ur ita before the six month validity of ur fbi PCC expire...as for Indian PCC obtained from...

You do not need PCC in that scenario.. CIC asks for PCC from countries where you've stayed for 6 months and above

As far as I kno Canadian PCC isn't required for EE ...they have access to the info... and anyway for stays lesser than six months duration it isn't required at all...

ooops.... You got me clean bowled there :eek:... I don't have a clear answer for your question... --------- CIC mandates that the funds should be readily available with you & as such,gratuity is not readily available...however on issuance of pr you can quit the company and get your gratuity...

it is natural that spouse may have a different address in passport...(to verify your marital status cic depends on marriage certificate & other docs).. apply through passport seva Kendra as their format of pcc do not limit the certificate to any city/area unlike issued by police...
