Age and CRS are not an obstacle to get a NOI on the French Skilled Worker stream from OINP. I am much older than you and had a CRS of 321 but managed to get NOI and nomination. I suggest you follow vensak's advice and you should be fine.

guys, Was trying to update the list that I put on yesterday and got an error message . Now it tells me " sorry you cannot repeat a Karma action without waiting 168 hours". What does that mean? Notice that the post with the updated list from yesterday has disappeared!. should I recreate it again?
