The Police clearance Certificate for DRC was not the right one . They needed "extrait de casier Judiciare" to be sent instead of Certificate of good conduct or "attestation de bonne vie et moeurs" that I sent.

To that, also add the time they spend answering calls, emails, CSEs, maybe even GCMs. with a lot of anxious and impatient people, that might take more time than the actual processing of applications.

Maybe also with the number of dependants on the application. Mine has 4 including myself. The number of PCCs, work experience i.e. number of jobs might also be an issue. Just a thought.
