The e-portal opens up a few minutes before the main OINP page updated. This time a bit different from last time, I tried to queue on another laptop and also get high traffic msg. Last time, I remembered I still can enter the queue with 4,5 hours waiting.

The one where you're queuing. Don't refresh, just right-click and view Inspect.

right-click on the page and select "Inspect". Check the "Console" tab and you will see there is data received every 1,2 minutes. In the data, you will see your position in queue.

Where did you get the high traffic msgs? I'm using the Submit application button on the stream page, all maintenance messages so far....

Ontario E-portal has a lot more functionalities besides OINP, so you can just open the portal and register the account at any time. I registered mine after I missed out from the last Mar opening. Good luck to all of us, my friends.
