i'm saying oinp request is very straight forward, why complicate issues? well, i think i c an see what u mean now... if your employers will edit the job descriptions and letter then do it, but if your job description falls under the new noc code just do as requested by oinp...

why don't you simply adhere to OINP request, its simple and straight forward. They have accessed your document and job descriptions and advises you to change ur noc code. Arn't you glad they are advising you on the right noc code to use? would you rather they refuse you? change the noc code and...

you are confusing stuffs her, for you to get a nomination , you must have gotten an NOI(Notice of interest from ontario to apply for PNP). So after paying 1500 for processing fee why will people relinquish their nomination? You actually need the nomination to get an ITA
