Yes. Only the principal applicants score is assessed but u need to include her as a dependent in ur application.

You don't need score for spouse if he or she does not av the min language requirement. Only the applicant is assessed.but she can be included in the application and on ur EE profile...

they clearly stated in the guide that cases as u mentioned could result in delay of their processing or rejection. i reemphasize that the problem is not reading instructions as there are specific instructions for each sections.(for passports it says scan all pages both empty and stamped...)...

See my friend, in all of these we can avoid mistakes if all applicants read through the guidelines properly. Let's not believe we know all the requirement but read through as required by oinp.
