I guess it take the same time the CIC need to process the application...means if you see the web site of CIC it says they are processing now applications received by March 30..that means those apply and their applications received by CIC on March 30 will be able now to see their status ...

Does that mean I should not hear or see any update on the status before 10 weeks ? I just sent my application last week ..I guess if there will be any update on the status or acknowledgment of receiving the application only once the CIC web site processing time page show that they are working on...

Dear Ahmed, In the 2 minutes interview did the officer checked your passport page by page to check the stamps or it was only a look on the first page to check your ID and that the passport is the same which you submitted ?

If some one applied for citizenship how his PR will be questioned ?! Maintaining the PR status require 2 years physical residency out of 5 years and citizenship requires 3 years out of 5 in the current law ..that means if some one applied for citizenship he will be already covered the 2 years...
