Don't worry about the Schedule A. It is there usual protocols to get updated information of applicants when file is transferred. I know you will be worried and stressed like many others like us :D . One thing i know is that we will all get the PR eventually

Am not sure if they will ask you any questions or request additional documents. Pre-Arrival letter means you already passed the eligibility. If they need additional documents to prove if you are still working, that will be before you get PAL letter. You have waited long enough to get to this...

You are almost there! Since you just receive preArrival letter this month. Maybe you can give it till end of this month. The PreArrival letter is a good sogn that they you passed eligibility and they have resumed working on your file.

There is someone in my Etobicoke whatapp group that got decisions made last week. His file was transferred around August 2018.

It means Your file was transferred and it has been acknowledged by the destination office but they have not started looking into it. It will change back to In-Process once ADR is requested or when officer start working on it

That is strange for them to make enquiry at Service Ontario. I presumed they might have know about the address because you and your wife specified different address histories in your application.
