How do we get to know that? Only web form ?

Earlier they were different for me. I got application updated status before each of them.

No! I didn't raise any webform. But my application status changed to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." And "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." on respective dates. Am I doing something wrong?

Same case for me. I preferred giving biometrics again.
