Do i need Express entry if I got ITA from BC PNP?

I have a question. I wanted to immigrate to Canada with the benefits of Tech Pilot Program by BC PNP. And my case story goes like this :

• While filling application on the BC PNP website, I was asked details for Express Entry. So I created an express entry profile and applied on the BC PNP website using those details.
• I got ITA from BC PNP to submit an application along with $700 fees. Which I just filled Yesterday only.
• But today I got ITA from IRCC (For Express Entry profile) also. As my score was 475 and cut-off was 471.

Now, my question is Do I need to accept and continue the application for Express Entry ? or Just wait for BC PNP? As far as I know, Tech Pilot is much faster than normal one.

The BC PNP application just gets you a nomination. You still have to go through Express Entry to get PR. If you have received ITA through Express Entry directly - that will be faster.

Thanks for your reply! But my question is: Tech pilot program says, It takes about 2-3 months to complete the whole process of immigration. But express entry itself is a long process, isn't it?

No - it takes 2-3 months just to get the nomination - this is not the whole process. You then need to go through Express Entry to get PR.

It takes about 3months to get a nomination and have an additional 600 or so points from BC. After the nomination, you will then get an ITA from the federal pool which is what just happened. Accept your ITA from the EE pool, that should be faster, it eliminates the 3month wait time to receive a nomination from BC!!!!
