In my case processing start on 27 feb and till date no mr or any other document requisition, I also check with employers there is no BG till date. So, dont understand why NDVO holding our files :( :( :(

Dont worry Ramndeep...You will get it because first digit of pin is the code for state and second or third might be for district. but be in touch with your local postman(Delivery boy)and explain him about your expected courier

For address proof you can show rental agreement as well as your appointment letter or also you can ask your employer to issue address proof certificate, bank statements or telephone bill.

I f you get PCC from one city of india it is all, no need to get PCC from other city because it is valid for all india, Please correct me if anybody have different suggestion.
