Yes, he got it at 4:00 this morning! Just an email with the letter and VAC instructions. No update in GC key or Ecas, still says reviewing eligibility and background in process. Our timeline is bullshit... Applied August 2016... refused by an evil interviewer lady May 2017... Appealed June...

How many times have you applied? I can't imagine you got the same reason for refusal, signature" more than once, did you? Anyhow, you didn't need to keep re-applying, you should have appealed it, it doesn't cost more than what you initially paid. Also, after a refusal, if you didn't appeal...

They want samples of your communication so they can get a better idea of your relationship, how you talk to each other. Chats/text messages/emails are a must.

I submitted videos and additional pictures on a usb stick for my adr and it was accepted no problem. Do they want evidence submitted in advance? I don't think they accept it the same day, for my adr they would not.
