    what do you mean by "already in sponsorship"? has she received her PR and landed in Canada? if so then, yes, she can apply to work anywhere as long as she has her SIN or is she waiting for her sponsorship/PR application to be processed? and is it an inland or outland application?

    yes if he has only spent 2-3 months in Canada in the 5 years since getting his PR, his PR can get revoked as you must live in Canada for at least 2 out of the last 5 years to maintain the PR status if this is the case, I suggest he voluntarily renounce his PR instead of waiting for CIC to...
