Sponsor sibling under 18 to Canada

Hello All,

I would highly appreciate if someone can advise on my query.

Is it possible to sponsor sibling aged 15 to Canada? Currently he resides with my parents in India.

I am permanent resident and my spouse is Canadian citizen. We do qualify the income criteria.

since your parents are still alive you will not be able to sponsor him

you can sponsor your parents and they can add him as a dependant

And your income needs to meet for size of your family here (you, your spouse + any children) + 3 (your parents and your brother)
e.g. if you have no kid, it will be LICO of 5 for the past 3 years. Then you can try to enter into the lottery next year.
