They do not scan the return envelope barcode as an accepted item when you send passports at post office! I think that was a mistake. Contact to Canada Post and explain the situation. Is there anyone gets the same status when checking the return tracking number?

It says "The number you entered is not in our records" until Ottawa activates the tracking number by sending back your passport.

I'm sure each visa office has own timeline and you can't compare them. Have you ever tried to find others in the forum who sent passports to Warsaw?
